Looks like we’re going to start pimping PROPOSALS online again as we draw closer to the NEW YORK HELL’S KITCHEN FILM FESTIVAL where Proposals will screen a few times, David will give Q&As and there will be a live version of the OPKINO PODCAST.
There will be another post about all of these things. Until then: remember this trailer? It goes with an awesome short now. Instead of the first year of it’s existence, when it was just a trailer promising something. That promise has been fufilled and I’ve seen it.
You can see it too. In like, 2 weeks.
I’m in this trailer. You can spot the part I’m in because it’s fractionally awesomer than the rest of the trailer.
Sundry Sundays!
Trailer: PROPOSALS (2011)
The story of a wilting young couple who begin to stage fake marriage proposals at fancy restaurants in a desperate gamble to score free meals and save their relationship, “Proposals” is an electric and self-reflexive look at a modern love that’s become more of a performance piece than an emotional imperative.
so, um, yeah… this is a trailer for a short film a made. PROPOSALS is beginning to make the festival rounds, premiering at a New York fest in September (details to come, for anyone who wants to see me make an ass of myself in public. great sport, that).
anyways, just felt like sharing… now i’ll go cower in the corner, thanks.
I SEE YOU THERE GURL
