The Oscars Sucked More Than Usual. Here's Why.
Why was this year so much worse than previous years? Why did I decry it as the worst Oscars telecast I’ve ever seen? How can you NOT have?

Ack. My Back
So, I was taking my pants off for a pre-Super Bowl nap yesterday after getting back from the office (where some quick Sunday work went down), and my lower back (the muscles on either side of my spine from about where my ribs end to my tailbone) spasmed horribly and I fell backwards onto my bed.
Sitting up straight caused a lot of pain and trying to stand made the pain much, much worse.
